Polaroid Portable DVD Players
I'm going to discuss the Polaroid PDV-0700 7" Portable DVD Player, which just happens to be a well known portable dvd player. The biggest draws to the Polaroid PDV-0700 is the price tag, at under $200, is a nice little machine. It plays almost any type of file format you need. The biggest draw back I've heard about this Polaroid dvd player, is the fact that it's so small, the speakers are a little weak. The sound quality is decent, but when there is other noise going on, the speakers can be drowned out.
So where are the best places to find that Polaroid portable dvd player your after, well here are the places that I've found which have the best bang for a buck (in other words decent products without the high cost).

Walmart or walmart.com - that's right good old walmart actually carries some decent portable players. You definitley want to do your homework and loo around
at a few stores to get a feel for pricing, but Walmart has always been competitive.
Tigerdirect.com - Tigerdirect is an internet based company but is quite reputable, I've bought a few items from them and have always been happy with their products and prices.
Overstock.com - Just like tigerdirect, overstock is internet based but generally has a decent selection of portable dvd players to choose from.
Amazon.com - That's right the book giant is also selling portable dvd units, they're a big enough company that they can keep their dvd players competitively priced.
Ebay.com - Never leave out ebay, sometimes you can find awesome deals on ebay on just about anything. My word of caution to you is that you need to make sure you
deal with a reputable seller. You want to make sure you "get" what you paid for.
