Used Portable DVD Players

I definitely think buying a "used portable dvd player" isn't the best move in the world to make. The only time it would make sense to me to by used...is if you know the person you are buying the portable dvd player from.

The thought of buying electronics (this case a portable player) used, just is scary, 'cause you just don't know what type of abuse the unit has gone through.
My thoughts are could get something used for half price, but if it stops working in a few days...your out that money plus now you still don't have a dvd player.

So...I'd stick with buying new over a used portable player, but that's just me. Not saying you can't come out ahead buying used...my personality says that's to much risk.

All them little electronic components in a used portable machine can't take to much abuse...and how a you gonna know what or who has abused it...if you go for used, let me know how it turns out.

Just my thoughts on used portable dvd player(s).
