Audiovox VBP-5000 Portable DVD/VCP Video System is a neat little system that costs next to nothing...relative to so much else on the market.

As with any portable dvd player on the market, there is no perfect system. That's why there are so many different choices of makes and models. If you're not real picky and cost is the biggest issue you're concerned with, then this unit should interest you. It really covers the basics and gives you all you need to keep you or the kids entertained when travelling.

Price wise, if you look hard you can find this system for under $200. You'll have to spend some time looking though, but you will find someone selling it under the $200 mark.

The biggest downside in my opinion to the "Audiovox VBP-5000 Portable DVD/VCP Video System" is the screen size which is 5.6 inches, small compared to other portable systems...but with two screens, it may work out just as well for you in the end.
