Audiovox VBP50 - Portable DVD Player

In most of my posts so far...I've had no real beef with any of the portable dvd players I've looked at....until today.

The Audiovox VBP50 Porable DVD Player is a nice looking little unit, with an affordable price tag (ranges usually from about $160 US to $200 US).

It has all the features that you really need for getting some entertainment while you travel in your car or sit in a bus depot. It has a remote control, plays dvd's, cd's and you can hook up a gaming system to it.

My biggest beef with this portable player is that the screen's only 5 inches and it does not give a wide viewing area...meaning if your not sitting directly in front of the screen, the picture isn't all that great. My other problem with the system is that the sound output is a little wimpy with it's speaker system.

I'd buy the Audiovox VBP50 dvd player if you plan to use it just for yourself...the limitations with the screen and sound, in my opinion, make this a one person unit. The other positive with this unit is the price...affordable for most people.

Overall I just wasn't that happy with the Audiovox Portable DVD Player I looked at.
